I’m so confused with all of the advice didnt they used to say make the mid day meal the largest?

This is from a book of life advice published in 1887, so it may be a tad out-dated by now.

and it will be in again at some point but I think the general wisdom for weight loss andlife has changed.

but then again they didnt have processed foods in the 1880’s did they?

Yes, but not nearly to the same extent as they do today. Much less regulation, too.
