It pleased Our Heavenly Father to pluck the brightest flower from our midst.  It is not indicative of a high degree of intelligence, and is sacrilegious.

–it will never come.  You must enjoy life as it passes–happiness is, in a great degree, a habit.  Those persons who desire to get rich first, and enjoy themselves afterward, always are miserable.  Now or never is its motto.

whose noses are “sway-backed” (concaved)–they seldom, if ever, are noted for a high degree of manliness.
